The Three Anointings of David, the Scuffling Shepherd

 

 

Often, we find ourselves ruminating on what our future holds, but if we look closely at our history, we discover the details of our destiny. God uses where we’ve been to establish us in where we’re going. You may have been in a low place for a season, but that’s not your permanent destination. David started out a scuffling shepherd, but it prepared him to defeat the Jebusites when He became king over Israel. To get to your next level, you have to fight against your stronghold. Take it by force and pull it down until you are set free!
