When introduced, Jude chose to disclose his spiritual connection to Jesus rather than his family ties. He tried to prevent any extra distractions. He also warned early Christians to watch out for covert threats that would creep into their circles. This warning wasn’t just relevant to the past — it still applies today! Internal and external challenges WILL test your faith, so you need to be fortified. Just like a muscle, you must exercise your faith to strengthen it. You must believe in, verbally confess, and act on God’s promises. Do this consistently, and you will see that the victory is yours!
